Guide1. Import a clip with Adobe Dynamic Link in Adobe Premiere Pro
Premiere Pro should automatically open and load the sequence into the project. If this doesn't happen, you can go to File > Adobe Dynamic Link > "Import After Effects Composition". Choose your Adobe After Effects Composition from the dialog box.
